All personally identifiable information (PII) that you choose to provide will be used by the SAMHSA Internship Coordinator and intern supervisors to select interns for the SAMHSA Internship Program (SIP). Email addresses will be used to communicate application decisions on your admission or non-admission into the SIP. Should you be admitted, physical address information will be used for payroll and tax purposes. Unless requested by the applicant, PII will only be maintained for the current application cycle. By using this third-party Website to communicate with SAMHSA, individuals may be providing nongovernmental third-parties with access to PII.

We are no longer accepting applications for the Spring 2016 internship session. Due to the high volume of applications received, please do not make any phone calls or send any email inquiries regarding your application status. For those who submit their recommendation letters separately, receipt of recommendation letters will be sent directly to your recommenders. Please verify with them whether your letters were received.
